Our Hire Power package is a video supported learning program that includes interactive assessment, evaluation and certification. Recruiting managers are presented with three case-studies that examine candidate profiles and the hiring methods necessary to select the right people. While the video case studies are based on hiring a financial sales advisor, the recruiting skills, practices and processes are directly transferrable to any hiring decision.

Hire Power integrates the most advanced Skills & Capabilities Assessments with other tests, screening methods, and best practices, to ensure that each candidate hired has the greatest likelihood of achieving top performance results. In short, this program provides recruiting managers with practical skills and tools to identify the best qualified and most competent candidates, selecting and retaining winners.

Each recruiting manager is provided with a Participant Workbook and access to the video case studies [VHS, CD, or Online]. Working through the materials each recruiting manager must successfully complete each learning module and post-module assessment before proceeding to the next. Once each recruiting manager has successfully completed all the workshop modules they are eligible to take the final program assessment to earn their Power Hiring Manager Certificate.
